Africa-Press – Zambia. Only K 0.63 million of the K25.7 million for CDF has so far been released per constituency – Kang’ombe By Daily Star Reporter PF National Youth Chairperson Christopher Kang’ombe has said delay in releasing the K25.7 million for CDF will affect the implementation of projects.
Kang’ombe charged that government overcommitted itself by announcing expenditure that can’t be supported by available income streams. He charged that only K 0.63 million has been released per Constituency so far.
The Kamfinsa lawmaker said this in press statement today. “So far, only K 0.63 million has been released per Constituency. Clearly, government overcommitted itself by announcing expenditure that can’t be supported by available income streams,” he said.
