Africa-Press – Zambia. HE WROTE: We join calls to have Mr Chanda ADC to Former President Lungu, the Wife and the Barber man to be given Police bond/ bail. The Constitution provides for these Conditions for all Zambians who are deemed to be innocent until convicted by the Courts of Law.
We also urge the Police to adhere to the President’s call to investigate matters first and arrest after concrete evidence has been gathered unlike what is prevailing where citizens are arrested first and investigations follow which leads to human rights violations and breach of the Constitutional Provisions.
