Africa-Press – Zambia. A JUVENILE officer has admitted to taking Keith Mukata’s children away from their mother Maricho Hoare without her consent. This is in a matter where the former UPND Chilanga member of parliament is seeking a children protection order before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court for his four children against their mother on the pretext that she was an unfit parent.
According to ex-parte summons for a protection order, Mukata wants an interim protection order for his children and an order that Maricho is an unfit parent.
However, Maricho has opposed Mukata’s decision to grab the children from her as his complaint that she leaves them alone without anyone to take care of them lacks merit.
