Africa-Press – Zambia. The returning officer for Chawama Constituency a Mr. Jonathan Nkata told the High court yesterday that they used Guess work to arrive at the figures that determined the winner of the parliamentary election in Chawama Constituency.
He admitted that due to lack of time his team decided to fabricate figures in favour of Tasila Lungu. Mr. Nkhata told the court that he attended court on Tuesday 26:10 :2021 even when he knew he was going to be a witness on 29:10:2021.
