Africa-Press – Zambia. President Hakainde Hichilema has urged Zambians to use the day to unite as one. This year’s event is being commemorated under the theme “CELEBRATING A NEW DAWN ANCHORED ON GOOD GOVERNANCE NATIONAL UNITE AND DEVELOPMENT.
In Kasempa District, the commemorations are being led by Labour Minister, Brenda Tambatamba who is also Kasempa constituency Member of Parliament. Soon the Minister will be raising the flag at the District Commissioners office where a number of activities have been lined up and Munati Television will be streaming live the proceedings.
