Africa-Press – Zambia. THE Patriotic Front in North-Western Province says the death of the former Kabwe Central Member of Parliament Tutwa Ngulube has reminded them of the brutal killing of its late provincial chairman, Jackson Kungo.

PF provincial chairman Enock Kapalu says this is because despite being a silent death, the demise of Mr Ngulube has a lot of unanswered questions. Mr Kapalu states that it is shocking to lose someone who had never complained of any illness.

He said the party in the region is very shocked and devastated as it was not expecting such a thing to happen. “And for us, this has reminded us of the brutal killing of our late chairman Jackson Kungo who was brutally murdered in cold blood. We are shocked and devastated,” said Mr Kapalu.

He said Mr Ngulube was instrumental to the party and that his contributions will be greatly missed. And Mr Kapalu says the party in the province is demanding for an autopsy to be conducted and establish the cause of his death.

He said this is because prior to his death, Mr Ngulube indicated that he had been receiving death threats from some members of a named political party.

He said his death should be investigated and bring to book all the people behind it. “We want an independent pathologist to conduct the postmortem so that the truth is established,” he added. On Saturday, December 3, 2022, Mr Ngulube was pronounced dead at Lusaka Specialised Heart Hospital in Lusaka after an illness.
