Africa-Press – Zambia. President Hakainde Hichilema has reached out to his supporters comforting them after opposition leader Dr. Fred M’membe described them as ‘useful idiots’.
Since becoming President on August 12, 2021, President Hichilema has stayed clear of responding to Dr. M’membe’s criticism. This morning, the Head of State could no longer take it and is alive to the jabs being thrown at him and his supporters who are mocked as praise singers.
Yesterday, Dr. M’membe added to the description of UPND members as useful idiots. President Hichilema says, “Good morning praise singers and fellow ‘useful idiots’.
“We got a full report from last borns last night. We love you all and fully appreciate your work.
“Ours is to remain focused and keep working hard for the betterment of our country. Bally.”
