Africa-Press – Zambia. THE United Party for National Development (UPND), representative Linda Nkonde has arrived at Al Ghurair Publishing Company to monitor the printing of the ballot papers.
Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) corporate affairs manager Patricia Luhanga has confirmed in a statement issued this afternoon. Ms Luhanga said printing of the Presidential ballot papers has since been signed off by the two political party representatives (PF and UPND).
She said the printing of the Presidential ballot papers is scheduled to commence today. Ms Luhanga said printing of local government and National Assembly ballot papers has continued.
“The Commission would like to confirmed that a representative of the United Party for National Development (UPND), Ms Linda Nkonde has arrived at Al Ghurair Publishing Company.
Printing of the Presidential ballot papers has since been signed off by the two political party representatives (PF and UPND). Printing of the Presidential ballot papers is scheduled to commence today,” she said.
