Africa-Press – Zambia. Chienge Constituency Member of Parliament Hon. Given Katuta Mwelwa has suggested that women must be allowed to marry more than one man. Posting on her official Facebook page; Hon. Katuta says “Let us constitutionlise Polyandry too! Women to have more than one husband”.
The Hon. Member of Parliament was reacting to a proposed amendment bill to Legalize Polygamy in Zambia. But her suggestion met with serious comments from her Facebook followers with others questioning when she will lead by example.
