Africa-Press – Zimbabwe. Dairibord Zimbabwe (Private) Limited has acknowledged customer complaints over its Yummy yoghurt, with reports that the product is spoiling prematurely.
In a public notice, the company said its Quality Assurance team is urgently investigating the issue, which has affected the product experience for some consumers. It said:
“Dairibord Zimbabwe (Private) Limited acknowledges customer complaints on Yummy yoghurt Our Quality Assurance team has confirmed receipt of complaints of Yummy yoghurt product spoiling prematurely, resulting in an unacceptable product experience.
“This is under urgent investigation. We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience and the disappointment this has caused to our loyal customers. The trust you place in the Dairibord brand is paramount.
“If you are in possession of this product, please return it to the nearest Dairibord Sales Shop for product replacement.”
