Chamisa tour to Wilkins Infectious Diseases Hospital

36

MDC leader Nelson Chamisa early this week took time to tour Harare’s Wilkins Infectious Diseases Hospital to assess the medical facility’s preparedness to handle the Covid-19 outbreak.

Chamisa was accompanied during his tour by Harare Mayor Herbert Gomba.

The medical facility is owned by the City of Harare and works closely with Government to handle suspected coronavirus cases and other infections.

Zimbabwe Friday recorded its first confirmed case of coronavirus, a pandemic that has killed more than 10 000 throughout the world.
