Caps United president Farai Jeri has reiterated that Lloyd Chitembwe is still the coach of the club.
Chitembwe missed last Saturday’s trip to Kariba and his absence raised eyebrows with reports suggesting a fallout between the gaffer and club vice president Nhamo Tutisani.
Jere called for a presser on Monday to clear the air and reaffirmed Chitembwe’s position.
He explained that the coach was not feeling well on the day of the match which the Green Machine lost 1-0.
The president also dismissed reports of divisions within the club.
