The minister said the initiative aligns with Zimbabwe’s Vision 2030 and the National Development Strategy, aiming to enhance education delivery, promote digital inclusion, and support learner welfare.
The chatbot offers accessible, cost-effective solutions, supports indigenous languages, and enhances learner protection, marking a significant step towards a digitally empowered and knowledge-based society.
