A government gazette of 25 October 2019 notes that Drax International was registered with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ).
The owner of the ‘non-existent’ company registered using his Gmail address while the phone number used belongs to Dilesh Nguwaya who has since been arrested and is invested for fraud and money-laundering.

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of section 4(2) of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (PPDA) (General) Regulations, 2018, read together with section 6(I)(i) of the PPDA Act [Chapter 22:231. that the companies listed in the Schedule hereunder are registered suppliers of pharmaceuticals (a) medical drugs, supplies and consumables —(Goods Category G/P/004a), with effect from date of publication of this notice, for a period until 31st December 2019.
