The government has said it is crafting a pricing structure that will see long and extra-long fuel queues disappear in Zimbabwe, ZBC News reports. The government has reportedly hinted that it is crafting a realistic pricing structure since motorists are having a hard time obtaining the precious liquid.
This was revealed by the Energy and Power Development Minister Advocate Fortune Chasi while he was commissioning Petrotrade’s solar-powered service station in Mabvuku yesterday. The minister said:
We are proposing that a new pricing structure that will put an end to these shortages because a lot of fuel was being diverted to the black market
