Africa-Press – Zimbabwe. Internet service access in Zimbabwe was restricted on Sunday during the Citizens Coalition for Change (CCC) rally, limiting live streaming and access to online content, NetBlocks has established.
CCC, which is Zimbabwe’s main opposition movement, held a rally at Zimbabwe Grounds in Highfields, one of Harare’s oldest suburbs.
Reports indicate that multiple media houses failed to broadcast the rally in real-time due to slowing, or throttling of the internet.
