Africa-Press – Zimbabwe. Police arrested a man in connection with the recent multiple murders in Khayelitsha, Cape Town.
A tracing operation led police to a home in Khayelitsha – and, on Monday evening, organised crime detectives took the man into custody.
“The suspect, will be facing murder charges linked to an incident where five people were shot and killed in New Monwabisi Park in Endlovini,” said police spokesperson Brigadier Novelwa Potelwa.

He is expected to appear in the Khayelitsha Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
As part of the ongoing investigations into the murders, police are hot on the heels of others allegedly linked to the incident in the early hours of Monday, 14 March.
Meanwhile, in a separate investigation, Thando Shuba, 35, appeared in the Khayelitsha Magistrate’s Court following his arrest for the incident in which six people were shot and killed in Enkanini on 20 March.
