Former Warriors and FC Platinum coach Norman Mapeza has joined South African ABSA Premiership side Chippa United.
The 47-year-old fomer Zimbabwe Warriors midfielder, who left the Platinum miners last month and reportedly said he wanted to rest, joined the Port Elizabeth-based outfit today and replaces Clinton Larsen.
Mapeza, according to Soccer Laduma, penned a three year deal with the Chilli Boys.
He will however watch his new side’s encounter against Bidvest Wits tonight from the stands.
