Mutizwa late penalty rescues a point for Golden Arrows

Golden Arrows collected a huge point away to Cape Town City thanks to Zimbabwe international Knox Mutizwa’s late spot kick.

Benny McCathy’s City seemed to have had the points secured courtesy of a Kermit Erasmus strike in the second half until Mutizwa step up to equalize from 12 yards, with 3 minutes left of play.

The draw sees Arrows leapfrog Bloemfontein Celtic into fifth possition on the table with 9 points from six outings, a point behind Kaizer Chiefs.

Steve Komphela had three Warriors players in his starting eleven; goalkeeper Edmore Sibanda, defender Devine Lunga, midfielder Danny ‘Deco’ Phiri, before Mutizwa came off the bench to level matters from the spot.
