Connections Letras e Artes opens its doors to the public

Africa-Press – Angola. The second edition of the Feira Conexões Letras e Artes opened its doors to the public yesterday, at the António Agostinho Neto Memorial (MAAN), in an act made official by the president of the Administrative Commission of the City of Luanda, Maria Antónia Nelumba.

The fair, a multidisciplinary cultural festival, which was attended by the writer and president of the Agostinho Neto Foundation, Maria Eugénia Neto, was marked yesterday with the re-edition of the book “Poemas”, launched in 1961, in Lisbon, by Neto .

The act was also marked by a guided tour of the invited exhibitors and a lecture by António Quino. The music was guaranteed by Acácio Bembes, Duo Canhoto and Trio Kings.

The program of activities highlights today the lecture “Vida e Obra de António Agostinho Neto”, a music workshop, as well as a book sales session.
