Africa-Press – Angola. Under the command of the Cabinda administration, there are 16 posts, four on the border and 12 on the crossing, a division that covers about 220 km2 of border extension with the DRC.

On the morning of Thursday, July 7, 2022, the Migration and Foreigners Service (SME) held a meeting with a view to preparing the technical conditions for the return to normalization of the migratory movement at the border posts with the Democratic Republic of Congo. .

On this occasion, the heads of the different SME/Cabinda border posts and crossings were present to analyze the state of the migration flow at the border posts, which were affected with restrictions during the Covid-19 pandemic.

At the meeting, the Chief Migration Superintendent, Pedro Paulo Pires Manuel, Director of the SME, was responsible for the opening act and the work was coordinated by the Chief Migration Superintendent, Manuel Lino, head of the Borders Section.
