Africa-Press – Angola. The National Patriotic Alliance (APN) party, in case of victory in the elections next August, will bet on Agriculture to eradicate poverty, the deputy secretary general, José Sumbo, reaffirmed yesterday, in Mbanza Kongo.

Speaking on the sidelines of the three-day visit to the province of Zaire by the head of the APN’s list for the General Elections, Quintino Moreira, said that the improvement of the Health, Electricity and Drinking Water system are, among others, the tasks that political formation intends to develop if it is government.

“Our manifesto is focused on solving the situation of extreme poverty that the Angolan people are voting for. We will work to guarantee employment for all youth, their own home and much more. If we are the government, we will make the dream of all Angolans come true”, Prometheus.

As part of the visit by the president of the National Patriotic Alliance, he said that for three days he will carry out a series of activities within the scope of the electoral campaign with a view to convincing the electorate.

“The APN militants, friends and sympathizers have great expectations to work closely with President Quintino Moreira, whose venue for today’s mass political act has the conditions created. For today, Saturday, the program of activities reserves a march in support of its leader, while tomorrow (Sunday) a wreath will be laid on the tomb of the former president of the FNLA, Álvaro Holden Roberto, a visit to the Tocoísta Church and a trip to the Luvo commune, 60 kilometers from the city of Mbanza Kongo, where he will seek votes from the electorate.
