Africa-Press – Angola. The minister of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication, Mário de Oliveira, carried out, this Wednesday morning, in Luanda, the reopening of the headquarters of Edições Novembro, owner of Jornal de Angola and other titles.
The reopened infrastructure was the subject of rehabilitation works completed after a few months.
