Africa-Press – Angola. A delegation from the National Petroleum and Biofuels Agency (ANPG), headed by its executive director, Belarmino Chitanguelec, participated in the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition, in the United Arab Emirates.
At this conference, which brought together businessmen from the energy sector from all over the world, the National Petroleum and Biofuels Agency (ANPG), as the sector’s Angolan concessionaire for the upstream segment, took the opportunity to promote the potential of the Angolan oil sector, with the aim attracting investors and sharing knowledge about trends in the industry, which is an important part of the energy sector and the national economy.
The conference, which took place under the motto “Energy Transition”, allowed Angola to absorb knowledge, learning, network, discovery of new products, technologies, innovations, solutions and the establishment of several partnership agreements, which demonstrates that the energy transition is a process immediate, and that fuels.
According to ANPG’s executive director, Belarmino Chitangueleca, it is necessary for Africa to enter and establish a robust collaboration model with the Middle East region, because the energy transition has common points of view, such as sustainability, accessibility and security.
