Africa-Press – Angola. A message from the President of the Camores, Azalai Assoumani, to his counterpart João Lourenço was delivered Saturday, in Luanda.
Houmed Msaidie, Minister of Agriculture, Environment, Tourism, Arts and Crafts of the Comoros, carried the message within the scope of political and diplomatic relations between the two countries, during a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Téte António.
According to a note from Mirex, the Republic of Comoros is an independent country in Southern Africa, located at the northern end of the Mozambique Channel on the east coast of Africa. Its capital and largest city is Moroni, on Grande Comore.
The Republic of Comoros is the fourth smallest country in Africa by land area and its population is estimated at 798,000 inhabitants.
Comoros is a member of the African Union, the Francophonie, the Organization for Islamic Cooperation and the Arab League.
