Africa-Press – Angola. The leader of UNITA, Adalberto da Costa Júnior, stressed this Friday, in Viana, Luanda, the importance of militants engaging in actions to achieve the objectives outlined by this political formation.
The politician wove these considerations in the act of taking office of new members of his cabinet and of the mass organizations, recently appointed, in the framework of the new political cycle.
On the occasion, he thanked the commitment and availability shown by the former officials throughout the mandate that ended and urged them to embrace the new political cycle in force.
Adalberto da Costa Júnior said he believes that if everyone commits to the work, the balance, after all the changes, will be positive.
Likewise, he recognized that the challenge will not be easy and advised them to do their best for Angola, with an emphasis on social inclusion, until the fulfillment of the citizen.
The politician reiterated the need for work and commitment from all citizens, so that 2023 brings the municipalities.
This Friday, special advisers were sworn in, with emphasis on Camalata Numa, Lukamba Gato, Horácio Junjuvile, João Vaikene, Silvestre Gabriel “Samy” and Marcial Dachala.
Likewise, Raúl Taty was sworn in as shadow prime minister, while Diamantino Mussokola was sworn in as secretary of the Presidency.
For the Political Commission Sandra Kakunda and Marta Solanje were sworn in for the Permanent Commission, for the municipalities Alcino Jonas Kuvalela and Luís Godinho are the new inspector general of the UNITA party.
Adalberto da Costa Júnior also swore in the new provincial secretaries for Bié, Huambo, Cabinda and Cuando Cubango, while for Lunda Norte and Lunda Sul their provincial and deputy secretaries were sworn in.
The political leader also swore in the new national secretary for Communication and Marketing, Evaldo Evangelista, as well as the party spokesman, Marcial Dachala.
