Africa-Press – Angola. Interclube won Friday, in Luanda, Casa do Pessoa do Porto do Lobito, by 120-92, in a match for the 18th round of the National Senior Men’s Basketball Championship, played at the 28 de Fevereiro pavilion.
At half-time, the formation of the “National Police” already had the advantage over the group from the province of Benguela, by 59-48.
With 28 points, Valdelicio Joaquim (Interclube) was the best scorer of the match, followed by his teammate, Paulo Barros, with 17. Ivanilson Fortunato and Valdir Gonçalves, both with 14 points, were the best at Casa do Pessoa do Porto from Lobito.
Also this Friday, for the same round, 1o de Agosto defeated the Jesus Cristo Basketball team, by 108 – 92, and the Kwanza Sports Training Club beat the Benguela Friends of Basketball Club, by 112 – 89.
Vila Clotilde beat Akira Academy, by 82-77, Inter B overcame ASA, by 81-75, 1° de Agosto B did not overcome Petro B, by 98-96.
