Africa-Press – Angola. 1° de Agosto won Saturday, in Luanda, Inter B, by 102-78, in a match for the 19th round of the National Senior Men’s Basketball Championship, played at Pavilhão Vitorino Cunha.
At halftime, the “military” formation held the minimum advantage of 43-42, given the reply from the “police” set B. With this triumph, 1o de Agosto lead the leaderboard of the competition, with 31 points.
In the match, despite having lost, Timóteo Txinalua, from Inter B, with 27 points, was the top scorer, while Edson Ndoniema, from 1° de Agosto, scored only 19.
Also this Saturday, for the same round, Petro B lost to Petro de Luanda, by 79-132. The Kwanza Sports Training Club was defeated by the Porto do Lobito House of Staff, by 83-92.
Vila Clotilde triumphed over Clube dos Amigos do Basquetebol de Benguela, by 101-75, Jesus Cristo Basketball team defeated Akira Academy, by 84-81. ASA and Interclube are also playing at the Draem Space pavilion.
