Africa-Press – Angola. Petro de Luanda and Interclube will face each other on Friday (24th), in the country’s capital, in the final game of the Angola Cup in senior men’s basketball, starting at 6 pm, at Cidadela Pavilion.
In order to reach the said last stage, of this second biggest competition of Angolan basketball, the “petroleum men” beat 1.o de Agosto, by 85-79, Tuesday, in the semi-finals.
Earlier, the formation of the “police” defeated Atlético Sport Aviação (ASA), by 95-79.
Petro de Luanda, winner of the previous edition, has 13 cups in its gallery, while 1.o de Agosto has 15 titles.
Interclube was the finalist defeated in 2022 by Petro de Luanda.
