Africa-Press – Angola. The acting provincial secretary of UNITA in Malanje, João Teles, Saturday, in this city, urged JURA (United Revolutionary Youth of Angola), to work hard to guarantee the party’s victory in the 2027 elections.

According to Joao Teles, the party work should start now, involving JURA in mobilizing young people from other social strata.

The politician made this statement during the swearing in of the Provincial Executive of JURA in Malanje, stressing that all the achievements of the country and UNITA in particular, were always made by the youth, due to their potential for participation and mobilization.

On the other hand, the secretary highlighted the need for JURA and UNITA militants in general to know the doctrines and party discipline so that they can successfully fulfill their assumptions.

In turn, the provincial secretary of JURA, Manuel Luciano, reiterated the call for unity among the militants in the struggle to gain power, including the integration of young women, with greater representation.

He said that JURA is concerned with actions aimed at leveraging its dynamics, walking alongside women towards victories, through door-to-door mobilization, a commitment that militants have ahead of them.

Those sworn in include 12 militants who make up the Provincial Executive of JURA, including secretaries and provincial directors of different areas of the organization and the municipal secretaries of Malanje, Calandula, Cacuso, Cangandala, Mucari and Quela.
