Africa-Press – Angola. Three assignment documents for work to contain ravines were signed this Friday in Canacassala, municipality of Nambuangongo, northern Bengo province.
These are ravines located in Canacasssala (Nambuangongo), Cambrututo (Dembos) and Quimuenga (Bula Atumba).
The works will last for six months and the act was witnessed by the Minister of Construction and Public Works, Carlos dos Santos and the governor of the province, Maria Antónia Nelumba.
The records were initialed by the National Director of Engineering Works, Lucau Pedro Kiampuku and the contractors Herivaldo Augusto, from the construction company Unzo (Bula Atumba), and the representative of the construction company Golden Nest, Huapeng Wang, for the municipalities of Dembos and Nambuangongo.
The municipal administrator of Nambuangongo, Domingos João Lourenço, said that the ravines in the municipality constitute a “danger” as they have led to many road accidents.
In addition to participating in the consignment of works to contain ravines in Bengo, the official visited the Museu da Tentativa, the centrality of Bucula (under construction), the communal administration building of Caxito and the Provincial Registry Office.
