The president of Kabuscorp do Palanca, Bento Kangamba, considered this Thursday, in Ndalatando, Cuanza Norte province, that with the victory against Ferrovia do Huambo, by 3-2, the “injustice” that made it impossible for his team to qualify directly in Group A of the Girabola 2023/2024 qualification zone.
The Palanca team failed to qualify directly, as a result of the defeat, against São Salvador do Zaire, by 0-1.
Speaking to the press, at the end of the “Liguilha” game between Kabuscorp do Palanca and Ferrovia do Huambo, played at Estádio dos Dinizes, in Ndalatando, Bento Kangamba, visibly satisfied, praised the two teams for the way they fought in field.
“It was a great game, both teams played well, until the last minute”, he pointed out.
In turn, the president of Ferrovia do Huambo, Adriano Catito, contested the result of the match, accusing the refereeing trio, led by Ernesto Magalhães, of having favored the opponent.
He pointed out the goal that dictated Kabuscorp’s victory as having been scored beyond the six minutes of injury time given by the arbitration.
“The game was all cooked up by the Angolan Football Federation against us, to fill a gap that occurred in the defeat of Kabuscorp against São Salvador do Zaire, by 0-1”, he said.
