Africa-Press – Angola. The municipality of Cuvango, Huíla province, will present its cultural and agricultural potential at the Municipalities and Cities of Angola Fair (FMCA-2023), to take place from 10 to 13 August in Lubango.

The municipality has prepared agricultural products and several other cultural potentialities, to take advantage of the event as a window of opportunity for the promotion and development of its economic potential, according to the municipal administrator, Luís Marcelo, who hopes to attract investors.

With regard to the cultural sector, he said that the aim was to present the habits and customs of the Nganguela people and make known their tourist potential, as a premise to open doors to tourism.

Cuvango is 356 kilometers east of the city of Lubango, seat of the province of Huíla, and has an estimated population of 103,262 inhabitants, spread over the communes Sede, Vicungo and Galangue.
