Africa-Press – Angola. The teams from 1o de Agosto and Petro de Luanda consolidated (Wednesday) the leadership of the 44th National Senior Women’s Handball Championship, taking place in Namibe, after the 3rd round, in different groups.
In series B, the “military” formation, holder of the title, beat Mora do Virei, by 35-12, adding six (6) points. The Porto do Lobito House of Staff surprised 1o de Agosto B, with a victory of 28-19.
Regarding the “oil companies”, in Group A, also with six (6) points, they thrashed Mandjesport do Bengo, by an expressive 41-5. Also for the same series, Sporting de Luanda beat Estrelas do Palácio da Huila, by 21-18.
The competition registers, Thursday, general break.
