Africa-Press – Angola. The deputy president of the MPLA, Luísa Damião, arrived this Friday in the city of Malanje, for the opening on Saturday, 30, of the pre-election campaign of the party that governs the country.
In Cacuso, where she was received by the first secretary of the party in that province, Norberto dos Santos, Luísa Damião praised the fidelity of the citizens of Malanje in judging the historical past of the party that has always elected five deputies since the first elections that the country held in 1992.
Luísa Damião also highlighted the need for members of the OMA, JMPLA, friends and MPLA sympathizers to unite all their energies to guarantee the victory of the party and its leader, João Lourenço.
