Africa-Press – Angola. The President of the Republic, João Lourenço, appointed, this Thursday, Manuel Homem to the post of Minister of the Interior, replacing Eugénio Laborinho.
Here is the decree in full:
For the convenience of service and in accordance with the corresponding constitutional prerogatives, the President of the Republic, João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço, dismisses Eugénio César Laborinho from the post of Minister of the Interior;
– Manuel Gomes da Conceição Homem, from the post of Governor of the province of Luanda and Luís Manuel da Fonseca Nunes, from the post of Governor of the province of Benguela.
The President of the Republic also dismisses José Paulino Cunha da Silva, from the post of Secretary of State for the Interior, and Carlos Armando Albino, from the post of Secretary of State for Technical Assurance.
For the convenience of service and in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Angola, the President of the Republic appoints Manuel Gomes da Conceição Homem to the post of Minister of the Interior;
– Luís Manuel da Fonseca Nunes, for the position of Governor of the province of Luanda
– Manuel Nunes Júnior, for the post of Governor of the province of Benguela.
