Africa-Press – Angola. Angola administered, in the last 24 hours, 17,734 doses of vaccines in the different High Performance Vaccination Posts, according to data from the newsletter of the National Directorate of Public Health (DNSP), distributed, Wednesday (04), to the press.
The provinces with the highest daily production were Luanda, with 3,360 Huíla (3,308), Cuanza-Sul (1,768), Uíge (1,512) and Namibe (1,351).
Since the beginning of the vaccination campaign against Covid-19 in Angola, on March 2, 2021, 18,606,239 doses have been administered, with a rate of 34.05 percent of the target population, aged 12 years and over. .
Of the 18,606,239 vaccinated citizens, 6,445,986 have full doses and 12,208,175 with just one.
According to the DNSP bulletin, the Vaccination Program plans to immunize a total of 20,754,946 people among the eligible population.
