Africa-Press – Angola. One hundred and fifty producers from the municipality of Quipungo, in the province of Huíla, who are part of different Field Schools, have been registered since Tuesday to be eligible for financing, within the framework of the Commercial and Family Agriculture Development Project of Angola (MOSAP3).
The coordinator of the MOSAP 3 project, in the province of Huíla, Gabriel Joaquim, who confirmed, also announced that each producer will be allocated the amount of 800 thousand kwanzas for the acquisition of agricultural inputs.
The action, he said, is part of the second phase of the project, in which a team of technicians is registering farmers, mainly those who were not included in the first phase.
By using mobile phones already loaded with the funds, he said, the beneficiaries will have greater conditions to be able to increase their workspaces, in order to create conditions to improve and strengthen productivity.
França Kapengo, one of the beneficiaries, applauded the implementation of the project, saying it will allow farmers to develop agriculture with greater intensity and better results.
