Africa-Press – Angola. Six thousand agents, 385 provincial and 80 national trainers will be involved in the Electoral Civic Education Campaign, said this Thursday, in Luanda, the president of the National Electoral Commission (CNE), Manuel Pereira da Silva.
Manuel Pereira, who was speaking at the launch of the campaign, explained that these agents will have the mission of raising awareness among voting citizens, in towns, villages, and communes.
The official also added that the National Electoral Commission is a body whose essential mission is to organize, coordinate, conduct and execute all electoral processes, based on the principles of independence, exemption, impartiality and transparency with a view to consolidating the State.
