The secretary of the MPLA Political Bureau for International Relations traveled to Brazzaville, where he was received today, in audience, by the President of the Republic of Congo, Denis Sassou Nguesso, to whom he asked for support from the local authorities so that the Angolans residing there can vote for peace and security in the August 24 election.
Manuel Augusto went to the Congolese capital to ensure that wherever technically and materially possible Angolans in the diaspora can vote in the general elections next August.
