Africa-Press – Angola. A quartet of referees from Egypt whistle next Saturday, in Brazzaville, the challenge of the second round (group A) of the Football Champions League, between Vita Club de Kinshasa (RDC) and Petro de Luanda of Angola.

The match scheduled for next Saturday (5 pm) at the Alfonse Massamba Débat stadium, in Brazzaville, will be played by Mohamed Maarouf Eid Mansour.

The main judge will be assisted by compatriots Ammed Teleb and Youssef Elbosaty, while Ahmed El Elgandou will be the fourth referee.

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed Congolese Joseph Mand Ziouta as commissioner for the game.

In the first round played at the 11 de Novembro stadium, in Luanda, the Angolan team drew (0-0) with JS JS Kabyllie from Algeria

It should be remembered that in the previous edition (2021-2022), the “oil” formation reached the semi-finals, a feat that had not been achieved for 21 years.
