Africa-Press – Angola. The Africell mobile network launched its telecommunications services in Porto Amboim, Cuanza Sul province, this Friday.
Africell is a mobile network operator that created, in Porto Amboim, six direct jobs and 60 indirect jobs.
The central south regional general director of Africell, Abed Dayya, stated that the opening of a store and consequently the expansion of the signal to Porto Amboim means being closer to customers.
“Africel’s strategy is to listen to its customers in terms of offering its services and products at a competitive price”, he concluded.
The Municipal Administrator of Porto Amboim, Maria Sumano, who inaugurated the Distribution Store, highlighted the need for residents to buy Africell products.
He urged the operator to ensure signal quality, with a view to boosting voice and internet telephony services.
Speaking on behalf of the aforementioned store, Luís Barroso, highlighted that they will begin providing better quality telephone services.
In Cuanza Sul, Africell also has its services in the city of Sumbe, since last October.
