Africa-Press – Angola. The executive coordinator of the Association of Young Entrepreneurs (AJEA) in Cuando Cubango, Vicente Pedro Rodrigues, highlighted the implementation of municipal headquarters throughout the province, as a way of boosting youth entrepreneurial activity.

When speaking at the inauguration of the new governing body, Vicente Pedro Rodrigues said that there are many business opportunities in the interior of the province, the materialization of which involves the proactivity of entrepreneurs and the installation of the association’s headquarters to mediate the relationship between users and service providers in the more diverse areas.

The person responsible assured that there are 400 members in the municipalities of Menongue, Cuchi, Cuito Cuanavale, Calai and Mavinga, with the municipalities of Cuangar, Dirico, Nancova and Rivungo missing.

Other challenges that may deserve immediate implementation, as he stated, are the need for continuous training of young entrepreneurs in financial education, taxation and business management, accounting and digital marketing for entrepreneurs.

Continuing to encourage entrepreneurs to join the association and urge members to comply with the regulations, helping to legalize and organize member companies, in order to reduce bureaucracy, in order to facilitate obtaining financing, are also among the challenges listed.

Vicente Pedro Rodrigues also advanced the prospect of replicating the implementation of the “produce to prosper cooperative” in the province of Cuando Cubango, an initiative of the central management of AJEA, based in the province of Benguela, dedicated to agricultural and agricultural production. on a large scale.

At the event, Elizeth Lianda, Vadilson Kundy, Nadir Ventura, Alberto Samulenguela were sworn in for the positions of executive secretary, deputy secretary of the board of directors, director for the finance and treasury area and provincial director for planning, logistics, and transport, respectively..

For the positions of director of institutional communication and press, public relations and marketing, legal and constitutional affairs, women and environment, Samuel Nhinguica, Alfredo Rodrigues, Isabel Manuel and Celsa António were appointed.
