Africa-Press – Angola. The Angolan ambassador to South Africa, Rui Xavier, handed over, this Wednesday, the Credential Letters to the President of Madagascar, Andry Rajoelina.
The act also served to strengthen bilateral relations between Angola and Madagascar, marked by strong cooperation since the proclamation of National Independence in 1975, according to a press release.
Rui Xavier took the opportunity to invite Malagasy businesspeople to explore business opportunities in Angola, a challenge supported by President Andry Rajoelina.
Rui Orlando Xavier is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Angola in South Africa and is not a resident of Lesotho and Madagascar, the note states.
