At the meeting, which took place at the Embassy of the Republic of Angola in Pretoria, the two parties discussed bilateral cooperation.
In the book of honor he signed at the Angolan Embassy, Lovel Francis expressed gratitude for the opportunity to be received by his Angolan counterpart, Rui Xavier, and hopes that it will be the first of many meetings to address cooperation between the two States and peoples.
