Deputy Benedito Daniel, from the mixed parliamentary group (PRS – FNLA), said that they voted in favour, as they understood that they were dealing with information susceptible to occasional changes when approving the General State Account. “As an assessment it is not up to us to make a value judgment, we accept the information”.

On the other hand, UNITA, in the voice of the deputy Anabela Valentim Sapalalo, referred that their party voted against, because they were “prevented from making a “deputation” in almost all the provinces of the country, to investigate and verify locally the degree of physical execution and of the programs in the periods under debate”.

According to the deputy, “the work of analysis in the specialty at the level of the 5th commission was limited to the approval of the Joint Opinion Report, without leaving room for a thorough analysis and evaluation of the OGE Execution Report for the I and II quarters of 2022” .
