Africa-Press – Angola. The search for mechanisms for the immediate operation of practical mechanisms with a view to carrying out political consultations between the republics of Angola and Argentina were at the center of a meeting, on Monday (25), between the Angolan ambassador, Azevedo Xavier Francisco , and the minister of Foreign Relations, International Trade and Worship of this country, Andrés Kafiero.

According to a press release from the Angolan diplomatic representation in Argentina, the meeting took place following talks held between the heads of diplomacy of the two countries, on the sidelines of the 78th Session of the UN General Assembly, in New York (USA).

The note adds that the meeting, which also took place within the scope of the guidelines aimed at deepening cooperation relations between the two states in the most varied areas, served for the Angolan side to present the three (3) primary sectors for Argentine investment, namely, Health, Agriculture and Justice.

Ambassador Azevedo Xavier Francisco took the opportunity to present the main axes in the investment sector that support the Angolan Executive’s foreign policy, which are embodied in food production with transfer of its entire chain, namely grains, animal husbandry, production of medicines, staff training, tourism, among others.
