Africa-Press – Angola. The Private Investment and Export Promotion Agency (AIPEX), in partnership with the Zambia Development Agency (ZDA), will hold, next Tuesday, in Luanda, the Angola-Zambia Business Forum.

According to a press release from AIPEX accessed by Online Press, the event will include the participation of a group of Zambian businessmen who are accompanying the President of Zambia, Hakainde Hichilema, on an official visit to Angola.

“The event, which takes place under the motto “Business Opportunities: New Private Partnerships for the Reinforcement of Bilateral Cooperation”, represents an important milestone in the strengthening of trade relations between Angola and Zambia, with a view to allowing interaction and facilitating development of new partnerships between businessmen from both countries, in the most diverse sectors, also aims to strengthen ties between the two similar institutions (AIPEX and ZDA)”, reads the note.

According to AIPEX, within the scope of the aforementioned forum, the Zambian businessmen will also visit the Luanda-Bengo Special Economic Zone on Wednesday, where they will have the opportunity to check “in loco” the operation of some industrial units located in that space, as well as getting in touch with concrete existing investment opportunities.
