Africa-Press – Angola. The Minister of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Maria Sambo, has been in Lusaka since Wednesday to participate today and tomorrow (Friday) in the conference “Innovation Africa 2022”, sponsored by the Government of the Republic of Zambia .
According to the programme, the two-day event will address issues related to major multilateral Education projects, skills development and increased investment in Information and Communication Technologies on the African continent.
According to ambassador Azevedo Xavier Francisco, the motto of the Inovação África 2022 conference offers an excellent choice of different options for solution providers in the Education sector, allowing companies to select a tailor-made package that determines the number of pre-scheduled meetings , exhibitions and briefing during the event.
Angola and Zambia are linked by a border that extends over 1,000 kilometers and share excellent cooperation relations, covering the Political-Diplomatic, Defense and Security, Transport, Education, Health, Agriculture and Geology and Mining areas.
The two countries are members of the Southern African Development Community (SADC), the African Union (AU) and the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA).
