Africa-Press – Angola. The 3rd vice-president of the National Assembly, Raúl Lima, is in the Russian capital, Moscow, where he will participate, in the 2nd International Parliamentary Conference Russia – Africa.
At the forum, which will bring together 40 delegations from Africa, Raúl Lima, accompanied by the Angolan ambassador to Russia, Augusto da Silva Cunha, was received for a courtesy meeting by the vice-president of the Lower Chamber of the Russian Parliament, Aleksander Babakov.
According to a note from the Angolan Embassy in Russia, the conference program focuses on themes linked to exchanges in the fields of science and education, legislative responses, economic challenges, security and experiences of Western neocolonialism.
